I love the thought of the romantic aspect of Valentine’s Day! I imagine the thoughts of a candlelight dinner, a couple’s massage, a glass of wine in the hot tub, a basket of chocolates & other goodies, ect, ect………
The two weeks before Valentine’s Day, I am going with the Season of Love: Find Your True Love theme. What I mean by this, is not necessarily a significant other that you love but finding that nurturing, self-caring love for yourself and doing caring things to warm your heart & spirit which can filter down to other family, friends & strangers that need a little love int their lives too! This is an essential part of health & wellness! I will be sharing some things that I have found that worked for me & other people who I have met that I hope you really will enjoy. When we think about Valentine’s Day, we often think about chocolate almost as often as we think about love. Here are some fun & very easy ideas. I like to focus of local produce and foods grown where each of us live but I realize in the real world there are some things that are not grown where we live. If you minimize the amount of things that you get shipped from around the world & choose an ethically produced product, this can make a big difference.
